DITC · IT FOR DENTAL CLINICS

IT organized around your appointments.

Reception, appointments and clinical applications depend on several systems. We help identify dependencies and organize support and access with your providers.

01

Reception and staff accounts

Inventory computers, shared or named accounts and access needs. Define change approval and remove access when a team member leaves.

02

Practice software and specialist equipment

Identify providers and compatibility requirements. Changes to imaging, devices and specialist software are coordinated with responsible providers; no unsupported manufacturer expertise is claimed.

03

Resuming operations

Define protected data, backup owners and checks for an authorized restoration test. Prioritize reception and appointment workflows according to your plan.

04

Support that respects operations

Schedule changes and checkpoints to limit disruption. Remote support and any on-site work have a written scope, with separate hours, costs and responsibilities.

FOR OUR FIRST DISCUSSION

Useful context, without sensitive records.

  • Which computers and applications are essential at reception?
  • Who manages imaging, clinical software and backups?
  • When can systems be checked or changed without disrupting care?

Do not send passwords or client records through the form.

Written commitments.

Andrei Suba is your contact. Support is available every day, 8 a.m.-10 p.m., Quebec time. Checks, licences, travel, response targets and responsibilities are agreed in the engagement.

YOUR QUESTIONS

Make an informed decision.

Do you manage all dental equipment?

Specialist devices and clinical applications must be reviewed with their providers. The engagement identifies DITC responsibilities and those of specialists.

Should we send patient records for a quote?

No. A general description is enough initially. Do not send patient files, passwords or clinical information through the contact form.

Are backups included in the IT plan?

Independent backup subscriptions, retention and tests are separately scoped and quoted unless explicitly included in your agreement.

Privacy

Protection Ordinateur AS, operating as DITC, receives your name, email, company, service choice and message when you submit the form. We use this information to handle your request. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent bots and abuse; Google may process technical data, including your IP address, browser and interactions, and use a security cookie. AWS hosts the website and processes form and email delivery; data may be processed outside Canada. The request assistant prepares the form in your browser. Your answers are not sent during this preparation. When you move to Contact, a temporary draft is kept in this tab. It expires after 30 minutes and is removed after the form is filled. Closing the tab clears this draft. You review the form before sending it. An essential six-month cookie remembers your optional-cookie choice. That choice does not disable form security. You can also contact us directly by telephone or email. For questions about your information, its retention, or an access or deletion request, contact andrei.suba@ditc.ca. AWS uses the IP address to restrict access to Canada and the United States, filter attacks and suggest French in Quebec. An essential six-month cookie remembers a language selected manually. These features do not track visitors for advertising. Google Analytics measures visits and sent requests only after you agree. It receives the canonical page address, title, referring domain and technical browsing data. Form answers, URL query parameters and fragments are excluded from the events we send. Advertising features are disabled. Google may process this data outside Canada. Analytics cookies last six months, renewed during a consented visit. You can reject or withdraw permission using “Cookie choices” in the footer.
