Access and accounts
MFA adds a second check when signing in. Access follows roles and the engagement: each person receives permissions needed for their work. Account changes and removal are handled within the agreed scope.
Computers and threat detection
NinjaOne provides remote management and patching within your plan. CrowdStrike EDR helps detect and investigate suspicious activity on covered computers. Devices, licenses, monitoring hours and incident responsibilities are listed in your quote.
Backups and recovery
A useful backup must be restorable. Data coverage, frequency, retention and restore testing are agreed in your contract. Data-loss targets (RPO) and recovery-time targets (RTO) depend on the engagement; independent backups cost extra.
This website’s security
The website uses HTTPS, private AWS hosting and a web firewall to filter attacks and limit requests. The form is verified on the server with reCAPTCHA. Normal access is restricted to Canada and the United States; limited public metadata remains available to social sharing crawlers. No protection eliminates every risk.
Engagements and service levels
A written quote specifies computers, services, licenses, hours, onboarding fees and exclusions. A contact request does not confirm service acceptance. Response targets and major-incident handling are agreed in your contract.
Development and accessibility
We build bilingual websites, portals and applications around agreed features. Validation covers those workflows and integrations. To report an accessibility problem, identify the page, device and difficulty; telephone and email provide another way to reach us.
Partners and frameworks
DITC is a Microsoft partner and uses NinjaOne and CrowdStrike in relevant engagements. Partner status and vendor logos are not security certifications. ISO, SOC 2, PCI DSS and industry requirements must be assessed and scoped separately; this website does not claim those certifications.
