DITC · MANAGED CYBERSECURITY

Cybersecurity services for small businesses in Canada.

Start with the devices, accounts and access paths your business actually uses. DITC combines endpoint protection, patch management and account administration within a clearly defined service plan.

HOW WE WORK

Make the security responsibilities explicit.

A security tool needs a defined process around it: which devices are enrolled, who reviews alerts, who can approve account changes and who leads recovery. We agree those responsibilities before work begins.

01

Endpoint protection and patching

Use CrowdStrike endpoint detection and response and NinjaOne patching within the selected plan. Establish the device inventory and identify computers or applications that need separate remediation.

02

Accounts and access

Review multi-factor authentication, administrator privileges and access changes. Coordinate Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration within the agreed scope.

03

Alert review and incident boundaries

Review security alerts during contracted hours and agree how issues are escalated. Major incident response, recovery, advanced email security and independent backups are separately scoped where applicable.

THE NEXT STEPS

A practical starting point

  1. 01

    Identify the exposure

List business devices, critical accounts, remote access and the systems your team cannot work without.

  2. 02

    Choose the first controls

Agree device enrollment, update responsibilities, access changes and the actions needed when an alert appears.

  3. 03

    Plan for disruption

Record escalation contacts and review backup and recovery responsibilities alongside the security plan.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

Read the detailed guide
Is security monitoring provided 24/7?

Alert review and support follow the hours and responsibilities in your agreement. This page does not offer a 24/7 response commitment.

Can you guarantee that we will never be attacked?

No service can remove every risk. We agree a practical scope for prevention, detection, administration and escalation, and identify the recovery work that needs separate planning.

What if an attack is happening now?

Call 514 970-5667 to discuss the situation. Acceptance, availability, scope and fees are confirmed for the incident. Use a separate trusted device if your usual computer or account may be compromised.

Privacy

Protection Ordinateur AS, operating as DITC, receives your name, email, company, service choice and message when you submit the form. We use this information to handle your request. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent bots and abuse; Google may process technical data, including your IP address, browser and interactions, and use a security cookie. AWS hosts the website and processes form and email delivery; data may be processed outside Canada. No advertising or analytics tools are active. The request assistant prepares the form in your browser. Your answers are not sent during this preparation. When you move to Contact, a temporary draft is kept in this tab. It expires after 30 minutes and is removed after the form is filled. Closing the tab clears this draft. You review the form before sending it. An essential six-month cookie remembers your optional-cookie choice. That choice does not disable form security. You can also contact us directly by telephone or email. For questions about your information, its retention, or an access or deletion request, contact andrei.suba@ditc.ca. AWS uses the IP address to restrict access to Canada and the United States, filter attacks and suggest French in Quebec. An essential six-month cookie remembers a language selected manually. These features do not track visitors for advertising.
